Even though the city hasn’t seen a repeat of last year’s snowpocalypse, the strange 50-degrees-in-January temps make for some fierce rainstorms that we don't wanna venture outside in either. And, even if we did want to take it al fresco, all the rooftop bars and outdoor biergartens are closed for "winter" anyways. But all this doesn’t mean you have to hermit at home spinster-style, sipping wine alone in a Snuggie (been there—it ain’t cute). There’s plenty of boozy indoor fun to be had, and not merely at your boilerplate bars and boîtes. Tasty tipples are around every corner, from cocktails at the cineplex, beer towers at the bowling alley, to even martinis at the MoMA (seriously). Take these Sheck-ommendations and don’t let crappy weather keep you or your buzz down!
