Roll up your sleeves and prepare your taste buds for this hands-on workshop where you will be tasting fresh mozzarella made by the professionals in the US and Italy then have a chance to make your own to taste and bring back home to share (and brag about). Learn how milk turns to curds and ends up in silky smooth balls ready to cut and savor (or enjoy mouthful upon mouthful). Plus, you can’t have a cheese demonstration without a glass of wine!
