| When's the last time you’ve been out for Senegalese food? Brooklyn Kitchen will be hosting a West African Dinner on Thursday night for you to discover (or rediscover) Senegalese and taste the Northern Africa, France and Portugal influences in each dish. Chef Instructor Pierre Thiam, a veteran in the world of West African cuisine, will lead a “light hands-on” dinner class featuring Grilled Lamb Yassa with Olive, Onion-Lime Confit over Jasmine Rice, Spinach and Okra Relish with Lemon and Fermented Fish Sauce, Green Mango and Cinnamon Compote.
