From here on out, things start to get a little fuzzy. We try a spiced rum cocktail at the Montecristo table served by Bar 44’s Somer Perez (pictured left)—Star Chef’s 2008 Rising Star Mixologist, then there are caipirinhas from Sagatiba cachaça, Camitz sparkling vodka (think Perrier, but 80-proof), and lemonade with Pearl blueberry flavored vodka and a rock candy swizzle stick.
