Looking at getting in one last round of partying before you go dashing through the snow back to your folks' place? Or maybe something to take the edge off when you get there? In either case, here's a handy-dandy list of holiday cocktail recipes, as well as a few nice places around town serving up this holiday cheer. Looks like someone intercepted our letter to Santa!

FROSTINI
Hey, that's not the name of the "bottle hostess" at Tenjune...instead it's their wintry mix of Kahlua and peppermint, and it's like a sweet snowball for your mouth!
1 part Kahlua
1 part Kahlua Cream Liqueur
¼ part peppermint schnapps
Garnish with a mint spring or peppermint stick.

SANTA’S HELPER
The sexy elves at 1Oak know just how to make your Swiss Miss a can't-miss, with this amped up cocoa creation. Hopefully, they have those weird crunchy marshmallows at the bar.
1.5 oz vanilla vodka
1 package hot cocoa
Dash of white Creme de Cacao
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Serve warm in a glass mug.

3 parts citrus vodka
1 part triple sec
2 parts white cranberry juice
Garnish with 3 whole cranberries.

Here's one from the recipe rolodex of Mama Timberlake...a wintertime standard being served up hot from the fine folks at Southern Hospitality. What, no funny holiday name?
1/2 gallon spple cider
12 oz red wine
2 cinnamon sticks
3 cloves
1 orange cut in half
8 oz. brandy
Serves many.
