I can't believe you left out City Bakery (West 18th Street between 5th & 6th Avenues). They're havinng a Hot Chocolate Festival all through the month of February. I went down there last week to check it out. Paid $7.00 for a cup of hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie, but it was SOOOOOOO worth it! :)
