Tuaca is popular with the Colorado ski crowd - it's helped my friends & I get up the courage to hit the slippery slopes more than once! There IS such a thing as "liquid courage"...=)

or Make an excellent cocoa add whipped cream, garnish with hazel nut pieces, mix in a shot of frangelico. (Maybe I'll tell you how to make the cocoa as well or you can figure it out)

Galliano is also used in a Golden Cadillac: 1 oz. Galliano, 2 oz. White Creme De Cacao, 2 oz. cream, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream; place in blender with small amount of crushed ice & blend for 10 seconds; pour into stemmed glass (1 serving)
