675 Bar may not appear to have been a prominent sex club in the past, but in fact, it was just that. Catacomb-style, side “rooms” that line this swanky basement lounge are all that remain to hint at its past endeavors. Embrace your inner-child and play a game of ‘Hungry, Hungry Hippos.’ Each room has a different theme, from free Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga, to a wall-sized library. There’s even a room that’s reminiscent of a typical American dining room. Speaking of dining, 675 Bar offers an array of small bites to accompany your cocktails. Try a combo of hummus-and-pita points and “The Karzai”, made with Bourbon and poppy seed. Delight in the home-picked veggies with a Gin and Chamomile. If you’re searching for a decent selection of wines and reasonably-priced draft beer, 675 Bar is perfect to help you unwind.
very pretty place and people. as noted it is not cheap. although i don't know about 14.25 - we were paying $11 shot (patron)

it's a beautiful space, but it's horribly expensive. i paid $14.25+tip for a freakin shot of patron on the rocks!

wow... every where you look your mind travels back in time. comfortable, retro...hip... nothing like this anywhere in NY. Watching the faces of visitors who discover each new space... may become a new sport! What a clever design and premise. Kudos to Steve Hanson and his talented design team.
