This futuristic bar and restaurant looks like something out of a Stanley Kubrick movie, and we don’t mean that crappy one with Tom and Nicole. Despite its sleek trappings, Brasserie keeps an old-fashioned French café vibe going. A bar runs down one wall of the cavernous space, offering a wide variety of drinks and specialty cocktails like the Brasserie Bellini, made with fresh white peaches and champagne. But the real draw is the food, which is excellent—Brasserie’s lobster bisque is good enough to place a long-distance call to Paris about. The sub-level dining room can only be accessed by descending a glass staircase, but the elite clientele—which tends towards the young and cosmopolitan—seems to relish this catwalk-like entrance; you will too once you taste the Bouillabaisse Royale.
This might be the best place I've been to in the city so far. I would say have advantage of the Peach and Plum festival, it ends soon. Everything on the menu is just excellent. The servers are knowledgable about the cusine and help in pairing wines and other cocktails with your meal. I can't wait to go back there again. The decor is excellent, the ambiance is very calm and relaxing. If you want a good meal in a classy place go to Brasserie, you won't be disappointed.

From the braised lamb cheeks to the confit, everything here is made to perfection! Whenever I'm dressed to impress, I make my way to Brasserie as I'm sure to see and be seen with the best. The decor of the restaurant is so unique. There is a frosted, floor-to-ceiling expanse of floating bottles and the rest of the place is sheathed in pearwood, glass, tile and terrazzo, rife with curves and slanting surfaces. I love it there!
