Choose a reasonably priced cocktail (frozen or otherwise) from a list so extensive it’s overwhelming—thank goodness for the friendly staff and their willingness to recommend! Catch some rays on the outdoor patio while sipping a Cabana Sun Tan (rum cream, pina colada and strawberry daiquiri, $7) paired with beach-friendly eats like seafood paella ($25) or a pulled-pork Cubano sandwich ($10). The interior maintains a festive (if touristy) air, summer boozing is best executed on the patio, where city-dwellers can embrace the beach mentality, watch the sunset and tune out the rowdy hooligans indoors.
