Cadaques:
Tapas places have sprung up on just about every block, but how many of them offer you the chance to eat with Pedro Almodovar, Penelope Cruz....or even Jimi Hendrix? While Cadaques' small plates—both frias y calientes—are decent, it's the creatively-named cocktails at the South Williamsburg tapas bar that, like any good celeb, steal the attention. Thought was clearly put into the choice monikers, like the Javier Bardem ($9), made with habanero-infused tequila (It's hot, duh). While the uniquely-shaped restaurant is designed to resemble a Catalan fishing house, it's the warm Spanish-style lighting and dark wooden tables that make Cadaques an inviting spot to drop your anchor for a few hours. Just be careful about how you spend those few hours…the unfortunately apropos-named Janis Joplin—double Jack Daniel's neat with water back, $11—might have you dangling dangerously close to the water's edge.
