Tired of overcrowded, understaffed Internet cafés? Café Notte to the rescue! Internet café by day, wine bar by night, this modern, sleek spot is an ideal place to work and play (and Facebook ). It may not be the hippest Internet café or the sexiest wine bar - this is the Upper East Side, after all - but it does a good job of bridging the gap between the two.
