Cellar Bar @ the Bryant Park Hotel:
If the word “Cellar” conjures murky memories of an old, damp basement, have no fear. A chic after-work crowd of locals and out-of-towners connect in this stylish hotel bar while sipping signature cocktails under the vaulted, gray brick-facade ceiling and candelabra chandeliers. The professional bartenders shake, stir, and mix the extensive drink list with aplomb (go for the Mango Mojito or be daring with the Provocateur), and the long bar is the perfect place to look for potential one-night stands. Bustier-clad waitresses wind their way through the crowd, ensuring jovial attitudes and topped off drinks. Thursday through Saturday, DJs spin house or electronic music at this stellar cellar.
Any bar that has ridiculously hot bartenders who randomly get up on these little coves behind the bar and dance in Lingerie......deserves 5 stars. No cover was a plus and TheBlaqList was throwing a sick party there.

It would be really helpful if you listed hours for each bar. We like your site very much but more than once have shown up at a bar to be told that it wouldn't open for hours later!
