Winos, rejoice: This restaurant and swillery, brought to you by Knitting Factory founder Michael Dorf, boasts some 500 different kinds of wines. But foodies, be warned: Cuisine is not the main event here—before you decide what you're eating, "wine stewards" (not waiters) will ask you to make your wine selection and make suggestions for food pairings after. However wine isn't the only attraction on the line-up—it also features concerts from local bands to headliners, specialty events ranging from wine tastings to charity fundraisers, and a wide open set-up to make for an intimate but not claustrophobic experience.
