Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of its previous incarnation (destroyed in a freak crane accident) comes Crave Fishbar. While the previous joint was a ceviche-only spot, Fishbar returns some old faves, while expanding its menu to now include, well, everything in the sea. The Fishbar is Asian-inspired and locally-fished, highlighted by dishes such as local fluke sashimi ($14) and poached baby octopus ($15). Larger dishes include lobster curry ($31) and paprika-spiked yellowfish tuna ($28.50). The two-story old-timey townhouse space is full of aged wood with a marble bar serving a small menu of wines (from a slick bottle display) and cocktails like the refreshing "Captain Melon" ($10). Just please, let’s watch out for the cranes from now on!
