CV: The bar at the Hotel on Rivington has been born again (again) as CV, or as our main man Nero might've called it, Centum Quinque, but even if you're not up on your Roman numerals, you can still experience a Roman level of decadence at "105". Totally straying from the grungey, PBR-swilling dive that is usually associated with the hood, CV offers a stunningly sexy decor, whimsical wallpaper with wooden sculptures lining the walls, making you feel like you just stepped on the set of a music video. And while the place is small, there is plenty of room for all the single ladies to do the "uh-oh uh-oh uh-oh-oh-oh" with the ridiculously gorgeous crowd. Needless to say, such sumptuousness doesn't come cheap, so bring a C-note...we're talking $XIII well vodka and tonics, kids.
