Dalton’s has all the sports bar basics: 10 plasma TVs viewable from every seat, 25 beers on tap, photos of all-stars on the walls, a DJ, and a menu that features more than just wings and burgers. Irish and Thai pop up, as well as some Italian specialities. Games and events are advertised on flyers posted on the windows and doors. And good luck getting a seat at the bar on a Sunday in the fall or during the month of March; you’re more likely to find a spot at one of the high-top tables scattered throughout the place. French doors open and extend to outdoor seating so you can even cheer on your team al fresco. Dalton’s a newcomer to the neighborhood, so don’t come here if you’re hoping for that rundown charm that makes the ’hood famous. And you thought there wasn’t a working bathroom left in Hell’s Kitchen.
