The only words you need to know upon entering are "olive oil" and "wine." With some 36 hand-selected wines available by the bottle (27 by the glass) and a cocktail list featuring rosemary and dill infused martinis, this 5,000-square-foot EVOO paradise is sure to entrance even the most thick-headed Meatpacker. If you're feeling social, grab a seat at the marble bar. If not, hide out in the white curtained corner.
