During dining hours expect your typical restaurant with innovative Modern American cuisine—don’t skip on the signature White Truffle Lobster Mac N' Cheese—but once the sun goes down, get ready for Hamptons scenesters flooding the place to dance all night long. A slew of high-profile events are known to take place during summer season courtesy of Matt Levine’s Brandsway Creative, so expect a tough time at the door if you’re not on “the list, “ or willing to shell out big bucks for a table. In fact, were it not for the valet parking and smooth pavement, you might forget that you’re not in the MPD. Plebeians not chummy with promoters can opt to partake in pre-midnight New American noshing via a more democratic—albeit equally as pricey—dinner table policy.
