Located in the gay-geared The Out hotel/resort complex, KTCHN is straight...delicious. This ‘round the clock (brunch through late-night) take on American cuisine features large communal tables for a great esprit de corps amongst strangers. The team behind Hell’s Kitchen fave Eatery presents a fun range of dishes from charcuterie plates ($16) and intriguing salads ($9-$12) to heftier fare like the “divide and share” sirloin for two ($64). Other menu highlights include a slow-cooked Amish chicken breast ($22), black angus petit filet ($31), and a chilled seafood for two ($29).
