When you want to escape the scene in the summer, the general protocol is to throw a BBQ. Of course not all of us are sporting two-acre lawns suitable for a bash (not to mention those of us shacking up with mom and pops). Fortunately there’s Madame Tong's Redeux, a Southampton restaurant/lounge reopening (and renovated) July 4th 2010, featuring the backyard party you only wish you could throw—Asian fusion fare, a creative cocktail list, a fire pit and of course, a late night dance floor.
