This Alphabet City favorite knows how to keep its customers happy (and coming back). Besides the 5pm-9pm/1am-4am happy hour featuring $3 beers (in the bottle or on draught) and well drinks (and $1 off everything else), Micky’s hosts a quality jukebox and a pool table that only costs $1 per game. Two live acoustic performances on Tuesdays and Wednesdays showcase New York’s up-and-coming talent. And if you’re looking for some laughs, stop in on Thursday nights between 8pm-10pm when the comedy hour is in full effect. If you have the strength to hang, Micky’s generously shows appreciation to its loyal locals by offering Late Night Happiness Sunday through Thursday with free pool from 1am ’til 4am.
