Off the Wagon
Walk into Off the Wagon with 20 bucks and an open mind, and you just might leave with a belly full of beer and wings and the phone numbers of two girls you never intend to call (one of whom you made out with in the back corner). A good time is had at nearly any hour at this NYU alum-heavy bar, offering a dizzying array of drink specials too numerous to remember and a pitcher-and-hot-wings special that’s such a steal you’ll want to keep it to yourself. Fix your eyes on the glowing neon sign to this neighborhood dive, and head for the light. Down enough brands of the 14 beers on tap, though, and you’re liable to see the sun come up.

Please, if you support the troops, stay away from this bar. Despite adorning their bar with unit logos, when I went to apply for a job the management was very rude to me even after I told them I was a combat veteran. Not that I expected to get the job based on this fact but I expected some courtesy and respect. I got neither. Please stay away from this bar

The happy hour at off the wagon is better than most...if you like pitchers of beer.

Cool, low key beer hangout place. Quick service and reasonable prices. The cheesesteak sandwiches were great. They are known for their wings - but I thought they were just "OK."
