PH-D @ The Dream Downtown: Like The Boom Boom Room, Greenhouse and Marquee before it, PH-D is now enjoying its moment as the quintessential symbol of the NYC good life. One visit to this surprisingly cozy (and unsurprisingly posh) penthouse—complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and, believe it or not, an outdoor patio—will explain why: it's pretty much perfect. Yes, the Penthouse at the Dream Downtown is everything a nightclub should be. Packed with gorgeous, rowdy and almost illegally scantily-clad cool kids, all DTF and getting down to some of the best DJ beats of the moment, the navigable interior simply drips with bottle-fueled good times and bad decisions. Sure, you'll get hassled at a tight door, wait in line and pay $18 a piece for cocktails (as well as hefty table minimums). But once you're upstairs, dancing atop a leather couch, basking in an unreal view of shimmering Midtown (as well as sky-high heels and hemlines), a beautiful bottle girl will bring you a handful of firecrackers with your champagne and all the hassle will be worth it: as DJ Joe Ghost promises, you won't give a fuck.
