Heads up, folks- Chef Michael Bao Huynh takes his spicy Vietnamese sub franchise to new levels. Done up in slick black, this Baoguette incarnation looks less like a sub shop and more like a restaurant. From day one, it's been packed with meat-savvy insiders. Up front, they serve Bao's spicy take on Banh Mi. The rear veers into Pho territory. This is where things get a little bold- even "ballsy." The soup comes with traditional beef tidbits, or tendon, tongue, tripe--even peen (that's bull penis). And everything can be served in regular or large portions. Wait till the standup comics get their hands on this one. Ladies, does this menu fill a void in your lives? For carnivores with serious cravings, it's a dream come true.
