Pounds and Ounces:
With P&O's upscale comfort food menu, you're definitely going to put on pounds and ounces, but you're going to spend the pounds (or at least dollars) too. A collaboration between a Tao/Sushi Samba partner and a chef from The Smith produces this hip joint with an overly loud in-house DJ in this nightclub-cum-lounge-cum-gastropub. Upscale meets lowbrow in items like lobster corn dogs ($13) and the flatbread menage a trois, full-pound (natch) burgers ($12-$18) and entrees like the lobster pot pie roll ($22) and steaks with a variety of dipping sauces including the "gunpowder" ($22-$36). To wash down the pounds of meat and add to the ounces in your beer belly, there's craft on tap like Ommegang's Hennepin ($9), while more adventurous tipplers may go for something unique off the 'tail menu like the spicy vodka-inspired Blood Pound ($12) or wine-by-the-glass ($9-$12). There's plenty of desserts ($8), too, to make sure you truly won't have to eat breakfast in the morning. Pounds, ounces, dollars, cents...hey, who's counting?
