PSBklyn: In Park Slope, parents feel not only comfortable bringing their children into bars, they feel downright entitled. PSBklyn, a bar and restaurant in the heart of these stroller-ruled streets, knows if you can't beat 'em, join 'em, inviting both kids and adults to see the world through go-go gadget glasses. If the little runt can call a cotton-candy-and-Pop-Rock milkshake 'dinner,' then so can you—but only the big kids get vodka in theirs ($9). Need some snacks with that? Luckily, in Brooklyn you can get away with slicing up a bacon-stuffed grilled cheese sandwich and calling it a "tapa." While the actual space has a few kid-friendly amenities, including Nerf basketball hoops and a few booths with TVs to keep 'em company, Chuck E. Cheese this is not—colorful but polished art lines the walls and an open kitchen gives views of the chef searing tuna. The lighting is too bright to make this a place for a romantic date, but if you feel like you've been going out with a juvenile, PSBklyn may hit the spot for both of you.
