Quo: Let’s face it: Despite the push by those upstart Meatpackers, Chelsea remains a hot spot for hot spots (think 1 Oak, the Gates, Avenue...even Marquee has been poppin’ again). Enter Quo, which reclaims its old spot from out of the Myst (a forgotten transitional occupant) on W. 21st. Quo has returned to its old status as well: a treat for the eyes for either large groups *or* a few loungers. Most of the celebrity circuit have already put in their appearances (Lindsay Lohan, P. Diddy, Eva Mendez, et al), so now it's all you. And once you're inside, the place is radiant! High-intensity lasers bounce off every reflective surface of the bar, walls and floor. Not the sort of thing you find in the LES is it? Don't get us wrong, you'll pay to play (bottle service, $100 pitchers of Long Island, etc.), but quid pro quo as they say.
