Rattle N Hum: If "you, too" are a beer snob, you'll appreciate two aspects of Rattle N Hum. First: a happy hour that encompasses most of the day ($1 off drafts from 11am-7pm and 11pm-4am). Second: the bar's "No Crap on Tap" policy. No, this isn't warm Coors Lite they're slinging...instead, think 40 draughts and 95 bottles from around the globe. That's a lot of brew, so fortunately the bar can help you get familiar with tours,brewery nights, and a special "mug club." The perk? Well, other than an excuse to say "mug club" over and over? The mug in question is a special vessel that allows you to enjoy 40 different featured beers in 30 days, magically discounting them all. With a schtick like that, be prepared to deal with Murry Hill's Jagermeister-pounding, post-graduate, pre-real life crowd, chugging amidst plasma TVs, chalkboard signs, unisex bathrooms and the occasional “yeah!" But hey, we can't blame their enthusiasm.
