Did your daddy spank you when you were bad? Well, he can now. Lurking behind the blacked-out window of this dive bar are myriad Marlboro men who are eager to make you the butt of their fun. Clad in Levis and leather, the bad-asses who come here may like things a little rough, but they’re really teddy bears at heart. Whether playing a game of pool under the motorcycle hanging from the ceiling or relaxing at the bar, the men who mix here are friendlier than most gay guys you’d find strolling by outside on Eighth Ave. And for those who appreciate something long, there’s also Rawhide’s super-sized daily happy hour from 10am to 10pm, guaranteeing that being bad never tasted so good.
If you're not into the 'scene'...this place is perfect. Go Go boys, good drinks, friendly bartenders, but it is a bit of a dive...

Avoid. Although the clientel may be friendly, the bar staff and other employees are not. If you enjoy being ignored at the bar when trying to order a drink and then being yelled at because you waved to get attention, this is the place for you. And that was when the place was almost empty.
