Welcome back to “Extreme Makeover: Lower East Side Edition.” With its chi-chi banquette seating and sophisticated menu, this itsy-bitsy supper club is a far cry from the neighborhood’s usual dive bars. On the other hand, with mega-club Element just a glow stick away, Rewind’s future as a pre-gaming spot seems intact. The doors open at 6pm for diners looking to feast on Italian-Asian fusion dishes like pasta-less cuttle-fish fettucini, and deconstructed Asian tuna lasagna; the weekends also offer brunch. Once the ’80s-and-hip-hop-playing DJ gets underway, though, tables are mysteriously whisked away to make room for a trendy late-night crowd. Rewind was somehow able to pack two bars into its tiny space, which means fast-forwarding through the bar line.
I have been here the last two fridays for some music and drinks with friends and have no complaints...everyone is welcomed here, and you can dress comfortable!

Nice Bartendars, with Horrible Managment. Needs help catering to the Guest.

The staff was rude. The bouncer was incompetent and rude. Don't go if you want to dance. They were so excited about us having our party there, and then they did NOTHING for us. You can get better service almost anywhere. And my friend's purse was stolen. Also they substitute house tequila and sell it as patron.
