Rope: In the wee hours of a bitter cold Wednesday morn, this stretch of Myrtle Ave. reminds one that this city does, indeed, sleep. Instead, we were greeted by a wall of plywood tattoo prints, artfully half-chipped brick and plaster and a friendly crowd of regulars that welcomed us in from the cold and into the fold. Rope has rustled up a nice variety of good draft beers (all priced at $5) and tons of sweet deals like $1 PBRs (!) on Mondays.
