Saloon:
Saloon is a rock ’n’ roll bar with a sports streak. This basement-like, brick-walled bar features Friday night DMB, U2, and Aerosmith tribute bands, Wednesday night swing music, and a DJ on Thursdays and Saturdays, while eight plasmas broadcast games during the NCAA tourney and football season. Bare-bones décor makes for decent acoustics and dancing here, although drink offerings are neither special nor cheap. The usual $10 cover charge is annoying, but the chance to sing along to live rock ’n’ roll classics is worth the trip every once in a while. Saloon is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so your best bets are Thursdays for half-off drinks and Fridays for the tribute shows.
Had my 24th Birthday Party here. Music was great, crowd was hot, and people actually dance and have a good time unlike some other bars that seem more gloomy. The food next door is good too.

I'm totally fascinated with the place, I got there really late like around 2.30, there wasn't alot of people which was nice because it wasn't as crowded as other places. But let me tell you I danced my life away-the music was amazing and the Dj played a little of everything. I recommend it for people that like to dance but at the same time like to mingle around.
