Floor-to-ceiling window panels mark the entrance to Social, where a uniformed after-work crowd flock to the extra-long bar—think FedEx, not NYFD. Sayings like “enter as strangers, leave as friends” and “work is the curse of the drinking class” are painted on the wall between flat-screen TVs tuned to sports. Two upper levels feature additional drinking room. The “tap room” is Social’s version of an Irish pub at its best: dark wood walls, leather-bound books, and red leather chairs and stools. The top floor, called Fusion at Social, has its own DJ and couches for lounging. A staircase connects Fusion to an outdoor deck that opens starting in the spring, but call ahead as it is often closed for private parties. Should that be the case, you can always head to Latitude, Social’s brother bar just down the street.

By night the Social Bar is a restaurant and bar serving great meals at good prices with a good wine list and selection of beers and spirits. In social bar many middle class people well come with there friends.
