Mauro and Simone Trabalza, with partner Fabio Maltese, have finally brought this Italian celebrity haunt stateside, to the old Lomito space in West Soho. With consultation from Gian Luca Giovanetti and Pierluigi Palazzo, "fellow expats who consider it their life's work to import and showcase authentic Italian culinary culture," it won't be such a tough job, but they'll still need our full support to scarf down all that Roman fare.
