Regulars to the Hamptons will welcome newcomer South Pointe to the party scene this summer, particularly if they spent last summer waiting in the dirt driveway of its former iteration, RDV East. Brought to you by Jonathan Schwartz, Ben Grieff, and David Marino, South Pointe is pulling out all the stops with an old-world vintage vibe (we're talking crystal chandeliers, lush booths and Victorian fabrics) inside, paired with a St. Tropez-inspired deck space (cabana beds and potted palm trees included) outside. This place is definitely snazzy, so dress to impress (the bouncers) since the dress code is strictly enforced. The over-the-top décor is already leading to some over-the-top antics this summer, so get on the guest list or get ready to party in the parking lot.
