Southern Hospitality Hell's Kitchen:
While Justin Timberlake may have you singing "Sexyback," the Hell's Kitchen incantation of his Upper East Side BBQ restaurant Southern Hospitality will have the words of another southern crooner stuck in your head—Thank You Very Much. In fact, the lyrics of each member of the Million Dollar Quartet line the ceilings of the hunting lodge-esque restaurant/lounge, offering four distinct room options. Catch the games and some brews in the sports bar, gather the gang for a group dinner in the library, cozy up in the intimate plaid sitting room, or head downstairs to a frat boy's dream den, complete with mismatched lazy-boys, shag carpeting and a wine cellar. That's right, frat boys going wino—and a special program pairing the BBQ-friendly varietals with hot wings. 'Course you could always opt for the classic southern staple bourbon, but best to skip out on the rest of the sides. Ho-hum mac-n-cheese and tater tots waste precious stomach space best saved for the main dishes—meaty baby-back ribs and hand-cut brisket that will leave you humming "Great Balls of Fire".
