Spring Natural Kitchen: It’s a head-scratcher how many restaurants think we care that their food is made from “scratch,” but at Spring Natural Kitchen that at least means everything is homemade from all-natural ingredients. A fusion of cuisines from all over the world dominate the modern menu, with such tantalizing options as banh mi ($12), yellowfish tuna tartar ($12) and the grilled lamb burger ($16). A plethora of salads using the freshest local ingredients are offered, too, as are numerous vegan options if you’re looking to be healthy. Though at Spring Natural, closing your eyes and pointing at pretty much anything would find you choosing something delicious ‘n’ nutritious. Since you’re eating healthy, there’s no problem with adding a cocktail or two to your order, like the Blood Orange-Raspberry Cosmo or Organic Cinnamon-Apple Martini (all cocktails, $12). And, don’t doctors claim wine is good for you (two dozen by-the-bottle options)? Sure, the name may be bland, but Spring Natural is naturally delicious!
