Rows of foreboding saws dangle from exposed brick walls while the expert cooks from neighboring BBQ joint Fette Sau throw massive hunks of beef or pork (bought by the ounce, $15-$99) onto a raging open flame. St. Anselm certainly isn’t for the faint of heart...or those with heart disease—even their meatless fare offers bacon add-ons!
