Sutton Place Restaurant & Bar:
Think a rooftop bar on a warm summer evening sounds like a great idea? Well, so do the other 600 people who try to cram onto Sutton Place’s roof every night. The huge, table-filled, and overcrowded outdoor space tops off the two floors below it, each of which features a bar and dance floor. The bar’s staff is surprisingly quick, and grabbing a drink is easier and less-expensive than you’d expect. Bar food is also served, but these girls would seemingly rather go home with a guy who wears Drakkar Noir than eat a greasy fry. (They’re both bad for you, but fries don’t borrow money.) Sutton Place could be considered a pick-up spot…if you’re a guy; the girl-to-guy ratio reads like an episode of The Bachelor.
Sears-Roebuck has a blow out for their Dockers and Haggars line.
