The Flying Cow:
With South American standards like tapas plates and a mixed grill, The Flying Cow offers a taste of Argentina, but with a Brooklyn twist. The owners have updated the antique decor in this former Gribouille space, and the menu features modern elements like chicken lollipops and scallops with braised seaweed. Certainly not your average parilla, but then again, this is Brooklyn.
