With that name, no surprise, The Haberdasher is into tailoring…but not of the men’s clothing sort. They’re into tailoring customized cocktails to perfectly fit their customers, rather. Set in an attic above 5 Ninth, the Roaring ‘20s-inspired joint has mixologists tasked with making signature cocktails just for you. Not in the mood for being unique? You can order from their limited menu which has the spot’s own takes on classics like the Manhattan and other clever concoctions like the “Rakish and Jaunty” ($15). Darkly lit with cozy couches for Meatpacking District scensters to lounge in, obscure art-house films are occasionally projected on the walls and Thursday nights bring interactive burlesque shows.
