The Sunburnt Cow:
The Aussie-themed Sunburnt Cow, like its sister bar Bondi Beach and The Sunburnt Calf, stakes its rep on that Down Under national pastime—drinking. Ozzie bartenders pour with a free and easy hand, and the anytime $20 two-hour open bar is one of the best deals in the city. Foster’s is on tap (of course), and their mimosas are among the tastiest around. The tiny dance floor is always packed, so be wary of flailing arms and legs as you walk back to your table. The backyard’s a great place to while away a weekend. If you’re lucky, you might catch the cooks grilling a cow on the open air spit.
No matter what day of the week you go to the Sun Burnt Cow it always turns out to be a great time. The burger on the Sunday brunch menu is very good. The staff is alot of fun and you are bound to meet some interesting people while your drinking. I always bring friends here that are visiting the city. They end up loving it too.
