Most people don’t think of Hell’s Kitchen for a night of dancing. So when you hear about Triumph Room, the club half of the supper club Providence, it’s enough to peak your interest. Autographed CDs (probably left over from its days as Le Bar Bat) decorate the walls, while low tables with plush red leather seats circle a spacious dance floor.
