The land down under’s got nothing on this sports bar turned local pub turned comfy lounge that’s, well, underground. With so many different hats to wear, this Murray Hill nightspot could be diagnosed with a split personality disorder—but hey, sometimes options are a good thing. Cop a squat on one of the barstools in the front sports bar, which boasts flat-screen TVs, exposed brick, and cold beer. Or head to the swankified lounge for a seat on the plush, black gauze-encumbered couches and a tasty alcoholic beverage. On nice days you can head to the outdoor patio to soak up the summer sun. Finally, pop by for the daily happy hour (4pm-8pm), when Bud Light and Yuengling go for a buck each and well drinks are only $3. After all, variety is the spice of life.
