Owner Ronen Seri of the celeb-studded Blossom and Blossom Cafe brings us V-Note—an Upper East Side organic wine bar and vegan bistro catering to NYC's prettiest vegi-lovers. The posh atmosphere is anything but granola-y, with leather banquettes and loungey silk pillows strewn about the cozy space. Even though the food is good enough to satisfy the most unadventurous carnivore, the real draw is the wine bar. The wines (and beers!) are all organic, vegan, kosher and/or bio-dynamic. What does this mean to you? Experts claim that these wines guarantee less of a hangover. What do we say?
