A neighborhood gem in the heart of SoHo, Vai Spuntino Bar is as charming as it is small. Seriously, the place is tiny…but worth it, if you can snag a seat. The minimal-meets-rustic décor crafts the space's intimate atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for a romantic night out. While it may not be the best cocktail joint in the hood, the extensive wine and beer selections should be enough to please even the thirstiest of guests. Chef and Owner Vincent Chirico’s small plates menu is perfect for sharing and the $39 Chef's Menu ($59 with wine pairing) makes ordering fool-proof. Travel via sipping by going on a “flight”—a three-glass wine pairing that is designed to complement the progression of the meal. Still hungry? There’s always reason to come back, as the menu is ever-evolving.
