The Waldorf-Astoria Cocktail Terrace overlooks the hotel’s ornate Park Avenue lobby, where patrons can watch businessmen bustling in a storied art deco setting. On the cushy velvet seats, guests and wannabe guests can bask in their own self-importance with a Manhattan or a steaming cup of Earl Gray.
