William's Restaurant & Bar:
William's retains the same, quirky, two-tiered rolling bar, wood-ribbed ceiling and rich dining room born of its predecessor, Bull Run. The unison groan emanating from the stock exchange, just around the corner, has done little to persuade William's to reassess its pricey menu.
