XL Nightclub: Whether you're a show-goer or not, the hyper, pulsing lights of Broadway make Midtown seem like one never-ending musical number. So, make that whole city-that-never-sleeps thang a reality at XL Nightclub. Step inside the space and you'll be jolted awake by the décor alone: metallic, space-age stuff with a rounded bar servin' up drinks from every angle. Ask for the XL-tini (a house secret blend of liquors and mixers, $14) from the friendly, easy-on-the-eyes servers and get set to shake it to the ever-changing soundtrack that floods XL's dance floor. Continue past the first bar, through a schmancy door resembling a Broadway-esque stage curtain and enter into another of XL's, er, acts. This spacious room boasts two more bars, plus '80s-chic tables—resembling those of the Studio 54 days— to sit at while you watch the ever-changing entertainment options or scout out the good-lookin', mostly gay clientele. Furthering the Broadway theme, XL Nightclub even presents an original cabaret show at the back of the club every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night. For most of us, dancing at XL is the closest we'll ever come to bustin' moves on stage on the Big White Way.
